Made to order

Because each item is created specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or an incorrect size choice. We know that's a little different from big-box stores — it's the trade-off that comes with handmade, made-just-for-you pieces. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days (you'll see current timing on the product page and at checkout). If you're between sizes or unsure, message us and we'll happily help you choose.

Shipping hiccups

  • Damaged in transit: Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
  • Lost or stuck packages: Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands — but we won't leave you hanging. Reach out and we'll help track it down and file a claim if needed.
  • Address errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to cover the cost of reshipping orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always help you sort it out.
